Wayne Lucas
General Manager
With over thirty years experience in the hospitality and golf industries, Wayne has been well placed to steer the Eagle Ridge business through some major overhauls and re-directions during his ten years with us. He continues to work closely with the Russo family in his trusted role as General Manager and diligently oversees the operations of Eagle Ridge in every respect. Combining his passion for golf and the Peninsula he calls home, he is also instrumental in furthering the promotion of the region as Australia’s premier golf destination in his role as President of Mornington Peninsula Golf Tourism Inc. Sean Bielski
Golf Operations & House Manager
It is South Wales’ loss and the Mornington Peninsula’s gain as Sean gets into the role of Golf Operations and House Manager at Eagle Ridge. With extensive experience in both golf and hospitality, his focus is always on delivering excellent service to our casual players, corporate golf event participants, social groups and members. You can call on Sean for anything you need (especially if you are a like-minded fan of the Tottenham Spurs!).

Scott Balloch
Course Superintendent
Scott has been with Eagle Ridge since 1989, beginning his tenure working as Assistant Superintendent whilst the Kevin Hartley design was under construction. After completing his further qualifications, he was promoted to Course Superintendent in 1999 just as construction of the Clubhouse and a major course overhaul was beginning. Since then, he has been instrumental in the development of the course design and is fanatical about the quality of our fairway surfaces – he was the main driver behind our ‘Grass Project’ in 2007. Overseeing a team of seven groundstaff as well as any number of contractors, his vision for the course continues to evolve as more positive feedback for his work rolls in from our golfers.

Justine Quayle
Hospitality Coordinator
With her calm demeanour and eye for detail, Justine's professionalism calms anxious brides and busy managers in her role as Functions Coordinator. Justine has been an invaluable member of our Functions team since 2008 and her recent promotion to the role of Coordinator has been met with great enthusiasm by Justine and our customers alike. Her years of experience in organising events of all types and sizes mean that you are in capable hands. Andy Rogers
PGA Professional
Andy has been a Member of the Australian and British PGA since 1992. He turned professional in 1992 after a successful amateur career which included representing England at both youth and full international levels. Over the years he has qualified and placed in a number of tours in Europe and Australasia and we are delighted to have him as the resident PGA Professional at Eagle Ridge. Combining acute skill with an easy manner, his clinics and lessons are a boon for aspiring golfers and low handicappers alike and his presence during our corporate golf events is an important feature of the day.
